Sessions With “Cohorts”

Full Day or Half Day Sessions with Assignments and Cohort Conference Calls between sessions

Each Session includes participant materials, introduction to key concepts, triad coaching practice for all concepts and skills, “getting real” discussion on practical application and potential challenges, and real-time feedback from peers and program facilitator.

Each session is custom designed specifically for our Client’s Human Resource Team Members and will align with culture and core values of the organization and existing Talent Management tools and processes available.

Program includes a customized Coaching Toolkit designed to integrate with all Talent Management tools and process to create consistency in coaching methodology across the organization.
