Rick Newman is an executive coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach and with coaching hubs worldwide. For nearly 20 years, Rick has been dedicated to the effectiveness of people within organizations. Rick’s specialties include executive coaching, organizational strategy, alignment, leading change and operational effectiveness.

Rick has been an executive advisor and senior leader in many industries, types and sizes of organizations. While with Ernst & Young, he not only consulted with notable Global-1000 companies, he also led the organizational change management, organizational alignment and organizational development practices for the Southwest Region. He has also served as vice president in the areas of human resources, professional services and operations.

Rick is a multi-dimensional leader who applies his successful experience, appropriate education and management skills to help leaders and their organizations perform. His multi-faceted experience helps to apply a very practical, yet effective, approach to advising executive clients.
