Reri M. MacLean

Dr. Reri MacLean is an organizational consultant and executive coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach, California. In her role with TLC, Reri specializes in customized executive assessment, leadership coaching, team-building and organizational development.

Dr. MacLean is also the Principal and Founder of Keller-MacLean Business Leadership, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to the development of sustainable, high performance teams.  Keller-MacLean partners with organizations to provide leadership development. K-M helps organizations identify and cultivate talent via executive assessment in support of selection, on-boarding, and succession planning. Keller-MacLean also provides coaching to increase team alignment, communication and engagement.

A skilled organizational advisor, MacLean helps clients focus on the areas where strategies, design and execution are enhanced by human behavior. Informed by her client’s strategic imperatives and culture and known for her uncompromising commitment to provide straight feedback and high value, MacLean’s long-standing clients often seek her perspective as a trusted advisor. Reri is the national president of the Professional Coaches & Mentors Association (PCMA), a professional community of business coaches and consultants. She is a member of the Neuroleadership Institute and coach for Boardroom Bound®, an organization that prepares independent director candidates for private and public boardrooms.

She earned a BA in Humanities from Macalester College, a degree in Montessori Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Whitworth College. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Denver.
