Reri M. MacLean

Reri is an organizational consultant and executive coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach, California. In her role with TLC, Reri specializes in customized executive assessment, leadership coaching, team-building and organizational development.

As Managing Director, Bennett partners, LLC, she provided leadership and organizational consulting services and has been a much sought after speaker on the topic of emotional intelligence at work.

Prior, Reri was Principal and Founder with Keller-MacLean, with a practice focused upon executive assessment for development, placement and integration, and succession planning.

Earlier, with Sommerville Partners she was a member of a team providing: organizational benchmarking to provide gap analysis and to establish and implement action plans; clarification of customer value propositions with executive teams and alignment of organizational culture with strategic focus; and assessment of executives for placement, coaching and succession planning.

Reri is President of the Los Angeles Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and serves on the National PCMA board. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the National Association of Corporate Directors. She earned a BA in Humanities from Macalester College, a degree in Montessori Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Whitworth College. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Denver.
