Patricia Ziegler
Patsy Ziegler is an organizational consultant and executive coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach, California. In her role with TLC, Patsy coaches leaders and assists with the development of leadership teams.
Patsy enjoys a reputation with leaders as someone who is pragmatic, resourceful and gets things done. Her ability to think systemically is the foundation for her “real world” assessment of business requirements and people implications. Previous experience in senior leadership roles also allows her to quickly understand the pressures facing leaders in today’s business environment.
Prior to starting her own consulting/coaching business, Patsy held global executive roles with Allied Signal(Honeywell), GE and Northern Telecom(Nortel), where she was a recognized leader in executive staffing and development, organization development and change management. She was widely sought after by many leaders for mentoring. She also worked as a TQM consultant at Rath & Strong(AON) and as a vice president for a Silicon Valley telecom start-up.
She has expertise in organization design, talent management and designing processes to increase an organization’s capability to address the business environment. As a coach, Patsy helps her clients build upon his or her strengths and to identify a clear desired outcome early in the engagement. Working together they will develop a plan to achieve those goals in a sustainable manner.
Her clients include American Standard, Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson, Northrop Grumman, Pentel of America, Electromotive Diesels, Ameriquest Mortgage, Borax/ Rio Tinto and International Rectifier.
Patsy earned an M.S. in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University, and is certified through: GIC International Coaching; Lominger’s Leadership Architect and Learning Agility; Emotional Competency Inventory, Hay Group; and Benchmarks, Center for Creative leaders.
