Nancy C. Wallis, Ph.D

Nancy is an organizational consultant and executive coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach, California. In her role with TLC, Nancy coaches executives with the belief that leaders who know themselves best are the most successful.

With a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems and extensive experience leading organizational improvement initiatives, Nancy Wallis offers significant value to companies seeking to improve organizational performance and leadership capacity. She has served in numerous executive roles with leading healthcare insurance companies, including VP Operations at FHP, TakeCare and Lincoln National, with responsibility for underwriting, billing, collections, claims and risk management. Other past affiliations include PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Nancy works with senior executives and their teams to assist them in becoming more effective agents of change in a process that ties executive development to improvements in organizational performance. Working within their unique organizational contexts, Nancy helps executives improve their self-efficacy and agency in alignment with organizational goals and desired outcomes.

Dr. Wallis received her MBA and MSPH degrees from UCLA and holds a Change Management Leadership Certificate from NTL. She is an active member of the Academy of Management and the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society and currently teaches organizational leadership and change courses in the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. She speaks regularly on leadership and transformational change topics and facilitates executive workshops on these and other strategic management topics.
