Nahid Casazza

Nahid Casazza is a leadership coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach, California.  In her role with TLC, she brings her clients extensive expertise with mastering personal awareness and interpersonal skills so they can powerfully influence their organizational environment.

Nahid has been a product marketing leader and engineering specialist with Kingston Technology.  Earlier she worked in human resources and administration capacities with the H. L. Yoh Company.

Since 2001, she has led Aspyrre Professional Coaching Services, where she has coached professionals and business leaders with: facilitating clearer visions and goals; gaining insight to personal obstacles; guided perspective changes; enhancing presentation style and skills; and helping them create a more authentic and powerful business presence.

Nahid served as President of the International Coach Federation, Orange County Chapter, in 2007, and led the development of the Success Team Program at NAWBO (National Association for Women Business Owners), where members work together in professionally facilitated groups to accelerate their business success.  Currently, Nahid is on the Advisory Board and co-teaches a unique, ICF competency-based coaching program specifically designed for business leaders at Chapman University’s Extended Education Leadership Services Program.

She earned her Bachelor of Science, Psychology, from Michigan State University and her Masters, Business Administration, from Pepperdine University.  She has also has completed three years post-graduate coach specific training from CoachU.
