Lillian Gorman Frank, Ph.D.
Lillian Gorman Frank is a management consultant and executive coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach . In her role with TLC, she specializes in organizational effectiveness and individual development and brings to her assignments a broad set of experiences as an executive, an organizational psychologist, a counselor, a consultant and a community leader.
Prior to forming Frank Insights, she spent 21 years as the executive in charge of human resources for two large corporations. From 1996 to 2000, she was senior vice president at Edison International, a global energy services firm operating in both the regulated and non-regulated electricity markets. From 1979 to 1996, she performed a variety of management roles for First Interstate Bancorp, becoming senior vice president in its largest affiliate bank in 1986 and corporate executive vice president in 1990. Before joining First Interstate, Lillian was a consulting psychologist with Personnel Research and Development Corp. and Psychological Research Services in Cleveland , Ohio .
Active in the community, she serves on the boards of INROADS/Southern California, Inc., the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, and the Autry Museum for Western Heritage. She volunteers consulting time to non-profits through the Executive Service Corps of Southern California.
Lillian earned a B.A. in psychology from Lehman College in New York , an M.A. and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Case Western Reserve University , and an MBA in corporate finance from the University of Southern California . She is a certified executive coach.
