Kim Malloy, Ph.D.

Kim is an organizational consultant and executive coach with The Leets Consortium,
headquartered in Newport Beach, California. In her role with TLC, Kim’s primary
expertise lies in the areas of Organizational Development, Employee Surveys,
Performance Management, Training, Teambuilding, Emotional Intelligence and Six
Sigma Methodologies.

While Kim has been doing consulting and coaching work for more than 15 years, her
most recent clients include: Toyota Financial Services, UBS, GE Money, Motorola,
LG Mobile Phones, Southern Company, Catalina Marketing, McDonald’s, Sharp
Healthcare, Morgan Stanley, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Hollywood Entertainment and
Ericcson.

Kim is currently part of Motorola University’s Digital Six Sigma training team, as
well as Lead Certification Trainer in Emotional Intelligence for TalentSmart, a firm
with expertise in EQ based in San Diego. She also serves as an assessor for Sandra
Hartog & Associates, conducting skill assessment for job candidates at UBS. She
recently supported Toyota Financial Services in revising their Performance
Management system, helping to train the entire leadership team, as well as a
workforce of more than 3,000 in culture change, goal setting, coaching and
development. This work to date has resulted in a 10% increase in employee survey
scores on Performance Management. She did similar work at LG Mobile Phones.

Kim received her Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
from Alliant International University (formerly the California School of Professional
Psychology), where she also served as a visiting professor for two years and continues
as an adjunct faculty member. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San
Diego State University.
