perspective and practical approach to career, human resource organization and personal life issues. She has a strong intuitive sense that enables her to build a high degree of trust and effectiveness while coaching clients.
Joyce’s many years in business are distinguished by having held several senior level positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Vice President of Human Resources in retail, Corporate Director in manufacturing and Human Resources Manager in the consumer industry. During her employment as Vice President in the financial services industry, she designed and managed the management trainee program for a college relations and recruitment department. Some of her clients include Sony Studios, Toyota, a celebrity-owned production company, Siena Health Care and Prototypes, a non-profit
organization.
Her professional affiliations include The International Coaches Federation, The American Society of Training and Development, Society of Human Resources Management, Los Angeles Compensation and Benefits Association, The Professionals in Human Resources Association and The Employment Manager’s Association.
Joyce holds a Master of Arts degree in Organization Management and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in English from Lake Erie College. She received her certification as a Business
and Personal Coach from the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching. |
