John Azzara

John Azzara is a management consultant and Executive Coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach, California. John has eight years of experience with performance management, succession planning and management systems.

He has worked with numerous companies to improve employee performance at all levels. John’s experience in the financial services industry is extensive having held positions with Bank of America, Toyota Financial Services and Option One Mortgage Corporation, an H&R Block company. Additionally, he is a sought after speaker on topics including performance management and succession planning.

In 2006, he founded People Talent Solutions where he partners with companies to improve workforce performance by creating and implementing solutions for hiring, addressing performance improvements and directing succession planning. John holds a B. S. degree in Psychology and M.S. in Organizational Psychology.
