Frumi Rachel Barr

Frumi Barr is an experienced leadership coach with The Leets Consortium based in Newport Beach, California. Her expertise in dealing with rapid change in the permanent whitewater of today’s business environment, coupled with a strong financial background provides unique, collaborative coaching support to CEOs and business leaders of numerous companies in diverse industries.

As a veteran entrepreneur, Frumi has founded or has been a partner in several companies holding positions as CEO or CFO. Her expertise in business strategy and her breadth of experience equip her with hands-on knowledge, in the trenches, to benefit her clients.

Frumi works with leaders and their teams to facilitate their ability to leverage their strengths, address critical developmental challenges and achieve results in their business and their organizational objectives.

Dr. Barr specializes in financial executives and has coached numerous CEOs and managing partners of entrepreneurial companies, not-for-profit organizations and their executive teams. Dr. Barr holds a PhD in Business Communication from Pacific Western University and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree from McGill University and is a certified executive coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
