Charles Feltman
Charles Feltman is an executive coach, organizational development consultant, and trainer with The Leets Consortium based in Newport Beach, California. With18 years of experience, he has been helping people and organizations grow and succeed. For the past five years his focus has been on coaching individual leaders and management teams in the areas of leadership development, interpersonal and organization effectiveness. One of his special interests is applying research from the field of neuroscience to issues of leadership and learning in organizations.
Charles works with experienced leaders and senior managers to leverage their strengths and continue to develop their capacity for mature, authentic leadership. He also coaches mid-level managers who are taking on greater leadership roles in their companies. He has coached leaders in areas such as defining vision and strategy, setting and achieving goals, motivating and engaging others, developing emerging leaders, building strong trust, expanding emotional intelligence, leading effective teams, hiring and retention, and overall career success.
Charles also coaches teams, including virtual teams, in the areas of building trust, engaging positive conflict, team accountability, and collaboration. The end results of team coaching are greater collaboration and innovation, and more consistent delivery on goals.
Charles holds a BA in psychology from U.C. Santa Cruz and a Master’s degree in organizational development and communication systems management from the University of Southern California. He has coached, consulted to and trained leaders in a number of major technology companies including Intel, Cognizant, Siemens, The Aerospace Crop., Cisco Systems, National Semiconductor, NASA and USDA. Prior to starting his coaching and consulting business in 1992 Charles held management positions in tech sector companies, including director of training, assistant vice president of sales and marketing, and sr. director of marketing reporting to a division general manager, with P&L responsibility for five product lines.
Charles holds an International Coach Federation designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He is a faculty member with the Newfield Network, a well respected international coach training school, and is a Newfield Certified Ontological Coach™.
