Britta Wilson
Britta is a human capital consultant and executive coach with The Leets Consortium based in Newport Beach, California. In this capacity, she provides customized solutions in full cycle talent management, HR Strategy and Organizational Development. Her ability to discern the unique nuances of corporate cultures coupled with her passion of facilitating individual development serve her well as an Executive Coach. She specializes in coaching clients in communication, conflict resolution and diversity awareness.
By virtue of her diverse background, she brings a breadth of experience to her consulting engagements. She is often called upon by clients to handle complex organizational issues including leadership challenges, mergers, and large scale change initiatives. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Fremont Investment and Loan. In this role, she led a team of twenty one and served as key business partner to the Chief Financial Officer, EVP, Residential Real Estate Lending and Senior Vice President, Audit and Compliance. From 2000 to 2004, she served as Managing Consultant for Hewitt Associates providing integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients that included Hewlett Packard and Compaq among others. In 1994, Britta launched Premier Management Alliance, LLC, a boutique consulting firm specializing in business strategy and HR alignment. At that time, she also served as President, HRCS and guided the firms’ revenue growth from $1.3M to $6.1M in thirteen months and opened four regional offices to serve its Fortune 500 clients, including MTV, Guess?, Pepsi/Taco Bell, Morgan Stanley, etc. Previously, Britta served in several management positions within Disney in California and Florida.
Britta holds an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from UCLA. She has received several professional and civic awards including the Governor’s Award for Female Business Owners. She is an active member of the National Black MBA Association. She volunteers for a number of advisory groups and currently sits on the Boards of The Goodwill of Orange County and Cornelia Connelly High School in Anaheim. |
