Dr. Eugene R. Bailey is an Executive Coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Irvine, California. Dr. Bailey is also a Feedback Consultant/Adjunct Staff member for the Leadership Development Program and Managing For Commitment Workshops with the Center for Creative Leadership.

Dr. Bailey has over thirty years experience in assisting executives and managers in facilitating teams to higher levels of productivity. He held various leadership positions as an officer in the U. S. Navy including Human Resources Management, Race Relations, Recruiting, and Communications. He commanded two U.S. Naval Ships, equivalent to CEO of two 1500 employee companies. Dr. Bailey has conducted hundreds of workshops and trained an impressive number of managers, leaders and supervisors in effective leadership practices. His expertise is in the areas of workforce diversity, strategic planning, and team building. Additionally, Dr. Bailey teaches graduate courses in human resources management and communications.
