Anne M. Liljenstrand, Ph.D
Anne Liljenstrand is an executive coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach. In her role with TLC, she designs and offers custom initiatives to assist with developing and improving leadership and organizations.
In addition to Anne’s work with TLC, she is an associate consultant with The Bader Group, an Advisory Board Member, serves in a Clinical Private Practice setting, and is a certified feedback coach for the Center for Creative Leadership. Previously, she worked in recruitment and selection for an international executive search firm, program design and market analysis for a workplace violence prevention company, as well as serving San Diego State University’s Counseling and Psychological services through individual therapy, group facilitation and outreach workshops.
Having both lived and worked in Sweden for a number of years, Anne’s interventions can have an international component. She is well traveled, and fluent in the Scandinavian languages. In her consulting, she combines her clinical understanding of individual differences and potential with organizational knowledge and business acumen.

Anne holds degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Western Washington University; and a dual Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational and Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
