Anne M. Liljenstrand, Ph.D

Dr. Anne Liljenstrand is an Executive Coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Newport Beach. Anne’s main areas of focus are executive coaching, organizational and psychological assessments, team development, and design and implementation of custom initiatives. She has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including: Hi-tech, Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, Financial/ Investment, Governmental agencies, and Biotech.

In addition to Anne’s work with TLC, she is a Principal Consultant with The Bader Group, and an Executive Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership. She also holds experience from teaching in the Master’s Degree in Clinical Research program at the University of California, San Diego. Anne is a licensed psychologist and has provided clinical psychology services in a private practice setting. She also serves on the board of directors and as a consultant for an international search firm.

She is well traveled. She has lived in Sweden for a number of years where she is also originally from. In her consulting, Anne combines her clinical understanding of individual differences and potential with organizational knowledge and business acumen.

Her research and articles include: A Comparison of Practices and Approaches to Coaching based on Academic Background, The Value of Building Trust in the Workplace with Gloria Bader, Coaching: who, what, where, when and how with Jonathan Gale, Joyce Pardieu and Del Nebeker, as well as Coaching Services: A look at coaches, clients, and practices with Del Nebeker, which was published in the Consulting Psychology Journal.

Anne holds degrees in business administration and psychology from Western Washington University, and a Dual Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational and Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
