Ank Stuyfzand

Ank Stuyfzand is a leadership coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Irvine, California. In her role with TLC, Ank brings clients extensive expertise in management and leadership development, change management, communication skills and organizational communication.

Ank’s career spans almost 20 years of experience with individual and organizational effectiveness, large-scale organizational change processes, experience gained both from the outside as a coach/consultant as well as from the inside while working in companies. Ank’s coaching experience ranges from emerging leaders in small corporations to executive vice presidents with large multinationals. Her clients value her for her integrated approach that aligns individual learning with organizational success.

Ank founded her own coaching and consulting company, InsideOut enterprise in Laguna Beach, CA, in 2009. Prior to that, Ank worked for a Dutch based consultancy firm after working serving in different roles in the banking industry since the early nineties. Ank is on the faculty of Brandman University (part of the Chapman University system), Irvine, California, teaching graduate classes in the field of Leadership and Organizational Change.

Ank’s received her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University in Irvine, and her Master’s degree in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands. She is an accredited coach via the International Coach Federation and she received her formal coach training at Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA. She also holds a graduate certificate in Organization Development and a certification as a communication consultant.

Ank serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern California chapter of the Healthcare Business Women Association (HBA), a global organization for the advancement of women leadership in the healthcare industry from which she received the 2010 Chapter Excellence Award. She also serves on the Advisory board of Professional Women United; a not for profit organization that promotes the professional growth of women in diverse industries. In the past, Ank served on the board of the Orange County chapter of the International Coach Federation. Other professional affiliations include The American Society for Training and Development and The Organizational Development Network.
