Our approach to Performance Management is based on the following principles:

We believe that employees' performance can be directed and managed to result in proactive employee development rather than just after-the-fact evaluation. We partner with you to build on your existing competencies and/or identify those appropriate for various functions.
   
Managers need to be committed to managing performance and providing fair corrective and supportive feedback.
Employees need to take an active role in their own performance planning and goal setting, resulting in fuller ownership of and commitment to goals.
It is essential to align individual goals with organization strategy for meaningful direction and value.
Competencies provide consistent, defined behaviors to drive development and objective assessment by both the employee and manager.
