Behavioral Interviewing (BI) is used to help hire the right person for the right job. It is a focused, structured interview wherein the interviewer solicits recent work related stories from the interviewee. The interviewer will then probe each story in an attempt to get the interviewee's thoughts, feelings, actions and specific dialogue. The response is scored, weighted, and combined with other selection techniques to contribute to the most accurate and robust decision possible. All of our techniques seek to move the decision making process from the subjective to the objective.
